What are powerups?

Each of our pricing tiers is broken up into features that different size businesses commonly use. But if there is a feature from a different tier you want then you can purchase it as a Powerup. Each powerup costs $25 per month for each location. If you want multiple powerups it will often be cheaper just to upgrade to the higher price tier in which they are included.

How does the pricing work?

It is quite simple, you choose what level of features you require and then when you sign up you can choose that level. The price for the level is for all staff, no matter your size.

What do I get in the FREE version?

The free version offers a limited set of features, comparable to the most popular free system available. And it is instantly upgradable to the Standard version to take advantage of the most flexible system features at any time.

When will you charge my credit card?

If you are on the Standard version at the end of your 14 day trial you will be prompted to enter your credit card details and you will then automatically be charged each month on the same day.

What if I decide to cancel my service?

You can cancel at any time, no questions asked, all our subscriptions are on a month by month basis. We have no lock in or data hijacking.

Can you load my data?

We can transfer data from most other systems and data files like Excel, CSV or Access. Data load is free in the Standard version or a once off fee of $250 in the Basic or Free versions.

* How much do SMS messages cost to send?

SMS messages for reminders or marketing cost 10c to send for a standard sized message. Replies are free and all email messages are free.
